| Kathleen Brady has more then 25 years of experience delivering career development seminars and coaching on career development issues and job search strategies. She is a recognized expert on topics including career planning, resumes and cover letters, networking strategies, interviewing techniques and recovering from a layoff as well as career management skills such as time management, delegating, delivering and receiving feedback, working effectively in teams, mentoring and business development. Throughout her career, Kathleen has helped people develop effective communication skills to succeed in the workplace such as understanding how to relate to others across gender and generationals lines. |
| Kathleen started her career in the Placement Office at Columbia Law School and went on to serve as Assistant Dean of Career Services at Fordham University School of Law, National Director of Staff Recruitment and Development at Jackson Lewis and Manager of Associate Professional Development at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy, LLP. She is also a past president of the National Association for Law Placement, a founding member of the NALP Foundation for Research and Education and a certified provider of The Highlands Ability Battery. She has written two books and countless articles on career related topics.

Gail Parker has over 20 years experience facilitating group workshops and working one-on-one with professionals to provide more impactful communications. She believes that effective communicators can be created through skill building. Seminars include: presentations skills, meetings, problem-solving, panel discussions, motivating, media events, negotiations and sales. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 and AmLaw 100 firms including: JPMorganChase, CITI, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Olin Corporation, Avon, KPMG, Zurich Insurance, Kimberly Clark, Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy, LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP. | |

Before her 12 year tenure as Director of Training and Professional Development at a NY based consulting firm, Gail worked with The Brighton Group, a strategic-management company emphasizing time management, sales and communications. She also worked in sales for Guerlain and taught theatre at New York University.
Gail pioneered and facilitated a workshop in interview skills that became required curriculum for the New York Job Security Division of Hospital Union 1199. She also developed and taught the seminar for the New York Labor Divsion and not-for-profit organizations throughout the state of New York. Often a guest lecturer on communications issues, Gail has been featured in articles in The New York Times, Glamour magazine and the Wall Street Journal.
She is currently consulting with several communications firms including Brady & Associates working with clients including: Harvard Law School, PLI and individual authors needing media preparation. Gail is a certified provider of the Highlands Ability Battery.
